Job Summary
The Milieu Manager maintains the safety of and supervises the therapeutic community for clients with varying degrees of acuity and disability.
Provides onboarding, orientation, supervision, training and coaching of all BHAs while ensuring adequate staff coverage and ratio compliance.
Applies de-escalation techniques to help manage client's emotions, behavior and participation in treatment and assists with seclusion and restraint when necessary.

Key Requirements
