Key Requirements
Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within two years
Firearm Owners Identification (FOID) or Concealed Carry Weapon (CCW) license
State of IL 40-hour armed course with semi-automatic pistol endorsement
Certified in Conducted Energy Weapon (TASER) use within 90 days
Stop the Bleed Certification within one year
One year of experience in security or public safety
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug screen
