Job Summary

  • Contribute to the deployment of B2B Sales Performance training within various entities of the Branch.
  • Monitor and pilot commercial performance by organizing and analyzing KPIs and participating in coaching sessions.
  • Participate in the strategic piloting of the B2B Sales Performance initiative and the governance of the Variable Remuneration System (SRV).
