Job Summary

• The Associate Senior Counsel will provide legal advice on a variety of topics related to Evernorth’s PBM business, including day-to-day legal guidance regarding the PBM’s relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• This position requires experience in fraud, waste, and abuse laws, particularly the Anti-Kickback Statute, and experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

Base: 157,100 - 261,800 USD / yearly; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long term incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO

• At least 6+ years of experience
