Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, life sciences, or related field
Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, Healthcare Quality, Public Health, or related discipline is preferred
Certification in Quality Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) is advantageous
At least 7-8 years of relevant experience
At least 2-3 years in supervisory or leadership role
Experience in quality assurance, control, and improvement within healthcare settings
Experience involving JCI accreditation or the Ensure Safer Systems programme is preferred
Proven track record in leading and managing quality improvement teams
Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for system-level problem solving
Experience presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders
