Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, life sciences, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, Healthcare Quality, Public Health, or related discipline is preferred
  • Certification in Quality Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) is advantageous
  • At least 7-8 years of relevant experience
  • At least 2-3 years in supervisory or leadership role
  • Experience in quality assurance, control, and improvement within healthcare settings
  • Experience involving JCI accreditation or the Ensure Safer Systems programme is preferred
  • Proven track record in leading and managing quality improvement teams
  • Experience in strategic planning and portfolio management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for system-level problem solving
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders
