Execute speedy development and production launch of new products coming out of Research & Development, or from product specifications supplied by the product management team.
Ensure robust development via delivery of key project documentation including CTQ Flowdowns, DFMEAs, concept design reviews and detailed final design reviews.

Experience designing 3 phase inverters
Experience designing switch mode power supplies
Experience testing high voltage electronics up to 650Vdc
