  • Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards, documenting through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems such as plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems, and manages response and repairs associated with emergencies.
