10+ years IT/OT operations experience
3-5 years manufacturing environment support
ERP, MES, PLM, and CPQ system delivery
End-to-end program execution management
Stakeholder collaboration across engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Cloud deployment and data migration exposure
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Experience with Industrial IoT concepts
Agile/Scrum or cloud platform certifications
Multi-site global manufacturing environment experience
Key Requirements
