Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, perform charting and documentation, and implement resident care plans to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation initiatives, and equipment and supply management to support the nursing service department.
