Job Summary

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and operational effectiveness, supporting daily operations with a focus on cost reduction and optimal resource utilization.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and develop team members to ensure high performance and engagement, while managing line efficiencies, KPIs, and downtime to meet production targets.
• Operate within established labor and OPEX budgets, monitor production processes, and ensure all assigned equipment is maintained in proper working condition and that a safe work environment is consistently upheld.
