Primary Location Base Pay Range: $142,200 USD - $213,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $128,600 USD - $228,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of experience in federal government proposal development
• Minimum of ten years of experience understanding of FAR and other relevant regulations
• Minimum of ten years of experience demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Membership in professional organizations related to proposal management (e.g., APMP)
• U.S. Citizenship is required
