Job Summary
The role focuses on providing excellent operational and technical support to Dental professionals within Spain and EMEA with an emphasis on the Clear Aligner SPARK product.
Successful candidates will be responsible for initial doctor onboarding, technical support of digital orthodontic cases, and remote training on installation and usage.
The position requires diagnosing complex technical issues related to digital products while maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM ticketing system.
