This position works directly with client customers to help them identify and book their desired meeting rooms and event spaces within client corporate offices in the APAC region.
You will respond to customer requests and inquiries to ensure meeting room and event space bookings are processed accurately and efficiently while ensuring customers receive timely confirmation and clear communication throughout the booking process.
This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by providing professional service excellence in fast-paced, demanding corporate environment while passing confirmed bookings to local Service Delivery team to support event execution.
