This position assists Campus Living Facilities with exterior maintenance, litter and trash for properties, rental home maintenance and repair, and other projects needed to keep the residential facilities owned by The Office of Campus Living at The University of Arkansas Little Rock.
The role requires performing light grounds work at residence halls, inspecting exterior sprinkler systems, and coordinating grounds care for vacant rental properties.
Employees must be able to respond to Campus Living facility emergencies and crises after hours while ensuring excellent customer service to all residents and guests.
