The successful candidate will oversee multiple functions including grant acquisition, MEAL, information management, and partnering while ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
Staff must be prepared to work in insecure contexts with long hours and below-normal living standards during crisis responses.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years leadership in humanitarian sector
Grant acquisition and management experience
Multi-sectoral emergency response projects
MEAL and information management expertise
Experience in fragile and war zone contexts
Donor engagement with UN and bilateral agencies
Nice-to-have
Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT)
Fluency in French, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese
Experience leading ad-hoc teams during transitions
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work under high security risks
Key Requirements
Master's degree in humanitarian or related field
Minimum 8 years of humanitarian assistance experience
Proven record of winning grants
Work experience as Senior Program Officer or Manager abroad
Deep understanding of SPHERE and international relief standards
