Base: $118,400.00 - $177,600.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Validation of sterilization processes

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years sterilization experience or Master’s with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years
Degree in Engineering, Microbiology or related technical discipline
U.S. work authorization required for roles below Principal level
Experience developing and validating EO sterilization processes
Knowledge of sterilization parametric release processing
