Johnson Controls OpenBlue is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of projects, ensuring financial outcomes while mitigating risks. The ideal candidate should have experience in the MEP sector and a strong grasp of commercial and financial risk management

Job Summary

  • Manage the day-to-day quantity surveying and commercial delivery of projects from contract award through to completion.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to the Sales and Projects teams, working in line with company procedures to monitor and control change.
