This role involves overseeing quality care, managing budgets, developing policies, resolving HR and risk management issues, and maintaining relationships with community and hospital leadership.
The Administrator is responsible for ensuring safety regulations compliance, supporting clinical efforts, managing employee engagement, and assisting with survey inspections and plans of correction.
