Must-have

  • 3 years Absence and Disability Management experience
  • 2 years leadership or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of disability best practices
  • Group insurance and mental health claims management
  • Human Resource practices and legislation knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • NIDMAR certification (CDMP)
  • Experience in consulting environment
  • Project management with large organizations
  • Additional HR or Wellness certifications

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Absence and Disability Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership, management, or supervisory role
  • Completed post-secondary education in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Counseling, Human Services, HR, or Health and Wellness
  • Knowledge of disability best practices, group insurance, mental health claims, LTD coverages, and HR legislation
  • Demonstrated project management experience working with a large organization
