Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary quality liaison between Harbinger and Upfitter, representing the customer’s voice on product and service quality.
  • Lead investigations of customer-reported quality issues, driving timely, data-based root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Conduct Vehicle Buy-Off (VBO) inspections and audits to verify quality compliance at upfitter and production sites.
