You play a central role in supporting managers and employees, while ensuring the operational implementation of HR policy.
You will pilot the entire recruitment strategy (permanent contracts, apprenticeships, temporary work, internships) and employer brand for the company and its two subsidiaries, by managing a dedicated team of six people.
You have experience in piloting recruitment strategy and developing employer branding, with fluent English allowing you to communicate easily in a multicultural context.
