Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the coordination of the entire transplant process from day of referral to time of transplant for potential heart and lung transplant candidates.
  • Serves as liaison for transplant team with various medical professionals and organizations.
  • Participates in Patient Selection Committee and CTC staff meetings on a regular basis.
