• The Mental Health Technician role is responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients while assisting with the provision of basic patient care and recovery needs.
• You will support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance, collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services field preferred or 1 year experience
• Nursing Assistant Registered or CNA prior to start date
• BLS certification prior to starting (if assigned to Navos Hospital)
• First Aid training prior to starting (if assigned to Navos Hospital)
• Food Handler's Card within first two weeks (if assigned to Navos Hospital)
• Eligible to obtain Washington State Agency Affiliated Counselor
