Must-have

ABDM and NHM program familiarity
Government liaison and stakeholder management
Field visits to remote districts in Meghalaya
Data collection tool design and facility assessments
Nice-to-have
Experience working specifically in Meghalaya
Fluency in local language alongside English
Familiarity with digital health platforms
Strong report writing and presentation skills
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data
Key Requirements
MBA or Master's degree in public health or related field
At least 8 years of professional experience in digital health
Previous experience working with state/district health departments
