As a dedicated Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle low to moderate complexity property insurance claims.
This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site three days per week.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
1 year of experience handling low complexity property claims
Knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools
Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days
