Job Summary

  • As a dedicated Property Adjuster, you will work within defined guidelines and framework, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle low to moderate complexity property insurance claims.
  • This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site three days per week.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 1 year of experience handling low complexity property claims
  • Knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools
  • Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days
