Job Summary
The Executive Clinical Director provides high-level leadership and strategic direction for the management of Pharmacy services at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.
This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating pharmacy activities to ensure efficient, innovative, and cost-effective service delivery.
The position requires relocation to Abu Dhabi and involves overseeing all operational aspects of Inpatient and Outpatient pharmacy services.

15+ years leadership experience in Pharmacy
Minimum 10 years hospital pharmacist experience

Current national pharmacy license required
Bachelor's degree from accredited college of Pharmacy
Masters degree in clinical or healthcare management field
Nice-to-have
Pharm D degree preferred
Experience implementing change initiatives in large healthcare settings
