  • Provider network operations and credentialing expertise
  • Care management and utilization management workflows
  • BRD, FRD, and user story documentation skills
  • Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HEDIS standards

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with HEDIS, Stars, or Risk Adjustment programs
  • Familiarity with FHIR based integrations and interoperability
  • CBAP, CCBA, or PMI PBA certification preferred
  • Experience in payer modernization or digital health transformation

Key Requirements
