The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable standards and policies.
The Maintenance Assistant performs routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as grounds upkeep and equipment servicing.
This position requires maintaining confidentiality of resident care information and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure resident comfort and safety.
