Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • 5 years total experience with 3 in QI/assurance leadership
  • Hands-on experience with California DHCS regulations
  • Proven ability to manage CAPs and compliance audits
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members
