Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or approved activities.
Maintains vehicle cleanliness and monitors maintenance logs to promote safe and comfortable transport and a positive community image.
Must be able to perform clinical-based transfer techniques and make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.

Key Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 25 years old
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
No serious traffic crimes in last 7 years
Pass drug screen and background check
Completed CNA training with maintained certification
