  • Platform governance and security compliance
  • Incident and change management support
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years in Information Technology
  • 6+ years as ServiceNow developer
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) highly desired
