Key Requirements
Graduate from approved Medical Assisting program
Military training as hospital Corpsman, Combat Medic or Medical Service Technician
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of clinical externship OR extensive clinical experience
Current demonstrated clinical proficiency
Medical Assisting certification (CMA, NCMA or CCMA)
Successful completion of Cleveland Clinic externship
