East Wenatchee Senior Living is seeking a remote MDS Coordinator RN to oversee patient assessments, coordinate care plans, and manage nursing staff in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess a nursing degree, an active nursing license, and strong leadership skills, along with experience in long-term care

Job Summary

  • Administer patient assessments, oversee the assessment process, setting the assessment schedules and assuring that assessments are done in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician, verify the identity of the resident before administering the medication/treatment.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
