Trellis Paradise is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide daily nursing care and support to residents from 2 PM to 10 PM. The ideal candidate should be a licensed CNA, possess strong communication skills, and be dedicated to maintaining a warm and caring environment for residents

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before administering treatments and report all changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
  • The role requires assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm environment while strictly adhering to confidentiality policies.
