The Eastern Oregon Workforce Board is seeking a GIS Analyst (Research Analyst 3) for a hybrid remote work opportunity. The position will support the Energy Planning & Innovation Division by providing technical GIS support, statistical analysis, and project management
Job Summary
Provide technical GIS support to the Energy Planning & Innovation Division and other ODOE program areas, including selecting, applying, and interpreting complex statistical analytical and forecasting techniques.
This position is eligible for a hybrid remote work schedule, requiring attendance at the central workplace in Salem, Oregon, at least six times per year.

Experience performing data collections and extractions
Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
