Job Summary
Internal Audit provides assurance to the Board of Directors and Executive Management that BlackRock’s businesses are well managed and meeting strategic, operational and risk management objectives.
The Director will have primary oversight of audit coverage for BlackRock's Private Markets platform, guiding teams to adapt audit methodologies to the expanding scope and complexity of the business.
The role requires excellent stakeholder management, as the Director will engage with senior executives in Private Markets and related functions, represent Internal Audit in governance forums, and interact with regulators.
