Job Summary
The Field Service Engineer I is responsible for technical reports, to control the spare parts under their own possession and to request the items necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments; support service contracts; assist sales representatives and service team members with system configurations and upgrades; manage spare parts; and provide technical support, including escalation and root-cause analysis.
The essential requirements of the job include Education : Technical Degree or bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Systems or related fields with active CFT or related.
