Job Summary

  • The Field Service Engineer I is responsible for technical reports, to control the spare parts under their own possession and to request the items necessary to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade mechanical, electromechanical, electronic, and refrigeration instruments; support service contracts; assist sales representatives and service team members with system configurations and upgrades; manage spare parts; and provide technical support, including escalation and root-cause analysis.
  • The essential requirements of the job include Education : Technical Degree or bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Systems or related fields with active CFT or related.
