Workday is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Manager for its Business Technology PMO, responsible for overseeing complex federal technology programs. The ideal candidate should have extensive program management experience in the SaaS industry, particularly within federal frameworks, and will play a key role in strategic leadership and external representation.

Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of Workday’s most complex, cross-functional Federal programs, including FedRAMP authorizations, IL4/IL5 migrations, and sovereign cloud initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison and spokesperson for Business Technology in discussions with government auditors, agency partners, and external regulatory bodies.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $210,600 USD - $316,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $177,800 USD - $316,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants
