Lead the overall scheme design and development of engine aftertreatment systems in the marine and stationary power generation fields, covering core links such as catalyst, carrier, packaging structure, urea injection system, control strategy and sensor selection, to ensure the system meets relevant emission regulations including IMO Tier III, EPA and domestic GB standards

Job Summary

  • Lead the overall scheme design and development of engine aftertreatment systems in the marine and stationary power generation fields, covering core links such as catalyst, carrier, packaging structure, urea injection system, control strategy and sensor selection, to ensure the system meets relevant emission regulations including IMO Tier III, EPA and domestic GB standards.
  • Work closely with customers, suppliers and global technology team to develop customised solutions according to JM global standards and customer specific requirements.
  • Take the lead in the engineering application of aftertreatment systems, including prototype manufacturing, bench testing, on-site installation and commissioning, and sea/plant condition verification, track the performance of products throughout their life cycle, and provide technical support and improvement schemes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 8+ years of experience
  • 5+ years in marine or stationary power generation
  • Full-process project leadership experience
  • Master CAE, FEA and 3D design software
