Job Summary
The Human Resources Director provides overall strategic and operational human resources leadership for multiple Nexstar work locations.
The HR Director will support an employee population of approximately 1,800 union/non-union employees.
As the HR leader, the Director will function at the highest level of responsibility and will use HR expertise to coordinate with the business and develop an approach that supports the Nexstar business strategy.
