Job Summary
Lead and develop the Plant Leadership Team in alignment with the site’s long-term growth strategy, driving safe, compliant, and efficient production of medical devices and components.
Own full P&L accountability, driving profitability and maximizing return on invested capital, while partnering with FP&A to develop annual financial plans.
Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion and engagement through consistent, site-wide communication and cultivation of a motivating work environment where associates feel appreciated and empowered.
