Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years project management experience
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience in large scale transformation projects
Business Process Re-Engineering knowledge
DMAIC methodology expertise
Stakeholder management and relationship building
Nice-to-have
Robotics Process Automation exposure
BPMS training or experience
Minitab software proficiency
Big 4 or global consultancy background
Continuous improvement (KAIZEN) initiatives
Training module development skills
Key Requirements
