Job Summary

  • Serve as a leader on the corporate development team to drive the entire deal lifecycle across strategy, valuation, financial modeling, and negotiation for joint ventures, minority investments, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Leverage knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and different business models such as services and software, to inform development of dynamic financial statement modeling and financial metrics.
  • Execute M&A and other inorganic investment and transaction processes in coordination with senior corporate and market leaders.

  • Bachelor's degree
