Job Summary
Utilize education and experience in the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of the physical plant, structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings for the hotel facility and associated buildings.
Perform guest villa pre-arrival checks including painting, electrical, air conditioning, swimming pool operation, and wooden fixtures.
Respond to emergencies such as fire and environmental hazards, and ensure the water plant is operational.
