Responsibilities include developing release plans, managing program bounding box (schedule, scope, budget, staffing), evaluating risks, and serving as the focal point for project communications to senior management.

Key Requirements
8-10 years industry experience
5+ years Engineering Project/Program Manager role
Bachelor's degree in technical discipline
