Job Summary

  • The Site Infrastructure & EHS Leader is accountable for creating and sustaining a safe, compliant, and highly reliable operating environment for the entire facility.
  • This leader owns the majority of the Strother capital budget and is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing large, complex infrastructure and facilities projects.
  • The position directly leads a professional EHS staff, as well as the site’s Maintenance and Security organizations, setting direction and providing coaching.

  • Demonstrated facilities/infrastructure project management
  • Experience using data for decision-making
