  • Act as the point of contact and ambassador to Mytheresa’s top clients, developing one-to-one client relationships to increase spend and loyalty.
  • Create and implement new selling ideas, participate in acquisition opportunities, and organize extraordinary experiences for VIP customers.
  • Offer up to 32 days of holiday, mobile office options including abroad, staff discounts, company pension scheme, and individual support on mental health and well-being.
