As an Implementation Consultant with focus on live customers, you will play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and refining customer service requests, designing and executing configuration solutions, and collaborating with clients and project teams.
