Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years of architectural project experience
Advanced Bluebeam and Navisworks skills
Architectural registration license preferred
Full lifecycle project management expertise
Sustainable design and integrated guidelines knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with Rhino, Grasshopper, or Dynamo
Strong diplomatic and collaborative leadership style
Ability to foster effective client relationships
Proficiency in visualization tools like Twinmotion
