As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, development, and implementation of processes and tools to improve the service process/product in the EFSC
Job Summary
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, development, and implementation of processes and tools to improve the service process/product in the EFSC.
You will work closely with various internal departments such as Production, Training Center, Demo Center, Development, and Customer Training.

Key Requirements
Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Medical Technology, or Electrical Engineering
Alternatively, training in Chemical Technology or related field
Experience with chromatography and spectroscopy systems
Ability to perform repairs independently or as part of a team
Experience with method development and analytical labs
Proficiency in German (negotiable) and fluent English
2+ years of experience in a similar position or end-user experience
